Gets the job done!
I have two sets of gasoline trimmers and didn't hold out much hope for how this battery operated set would work. I have lot's of hedges around my pool and front flower beds to keep trimmed in the summer. The gasoline trimmers are heavy and loud, but they do a great job. I tried this battery powered set out this morning and wow! Not as powerful as the gasoline trimmers but the job got done around the pool in 45 mins and they are light as a feather compared to the gasoline set. I also did not have to wear ear plugs. Extremely happy. I hope the quality holds up.

Lightweight, battery life and will cut any branch!
This is the 2nd pair I’ve bought! My neighbor trims all my hedges for free and I just bought these thinking when his old heavy electric ones are to hard for him to work with he could try mine? He loved them so much he told the whole neighborhood and everybody has bought them! So I bought him his own pair for being such a dear soul doing my yard free! He loves them very much!!!!

easy to use to cut shrubs

Pleased with performance.
Better than my old corded electric trimmer. Blade will take a slightly larger branch and it cuts great. I have several GreenWorks tools and I love them all. I do wish that the battery was the same for all GreenWorks tools, I don't care to have two different chargers. But, that not really a big deal.

Versatile, easy to use and does a great job.
I absolutely love this hedge cutter. The swivel handle makes it so much easier and it cuts through things like cutting through butter. Not too heavy either. I have a hedge cutter that is corded and my property is about 1/3 of an acre so carting that corded thing around was not the easiest thing and I can't tell you how many times I accidentally cut through the cord. I will purchase this brand again if I need other tools. It came with a charged battery so five minutes after I had it out of the box I was trimming and cutting. I love this tool

Lightweight, works great!
I tossed my heavy 15 YO Craftsman corded trimmer. This Greenworks unit is lightweight and I love it. It does not kill my arms (female) and zips right thru my projects. I have the GW two speed blower and also the GW weedwacker and only one battery--it just takes some planning to make sure I have enuff battery juice to do what I need to do--or I can get another battery. It works fine for my needs and I recommend the above three products.

Great for my 1 acre lot.
I purchased these for my 1 acre home. My gardener moved to Texas and let my yard go for about 3 months. My bushes and trees got out of hand. These worked excellent to clean up my entire yard. All my bushes are now trimmed. It only took one charge. This is a powerful tool and the charge lasts a long time. I recommend this to anyone with a lot of bushes to trim. I like that the battery can be swapped out with a replacement one (not included) if you purchase additional batteries.

This is an excellent cutting tool
This is an excellent cutting tool, with a battery that can go the distance. I have a lot of hedge to cut. My old battery operated cutter couldn't handle larger woody stems; required 3 charged batteries for a day's work; and had a hand grip that was uncomfortable for me. Battery charging took at least 8 hrs. With this new cutter, I can charge the battery quickly and knock out the trimming. The grip is comfortable and adjustable for both man and woman. Highly recommend the tool. Excellent
